The house is surrounded by 2 and a half acres of stunning landscaped gardens with mature olive trees, banks of lavender and a vast array of shrubs.
There is an 'L' shaped infinity pool (Rectangulare 11.30 * 6.30m | Appendice Rectangulare 5 * 4.40m) with a large surrounding terrace for sun beds and loungers. The sun terrace affords magnificent views of the Antognolla Castle and the estate beyond. The pool is salt water treated and has both shallow and deep ends allowing young and old to enjoy it.
Near the pool is a large covered pergola with seating for 12 and a large gas WEBER BBQ.
A further separate kitchen garden is adjacent to the main house, and features its own seating area for six people.
There is undercover parking for three cars and ample space on the driveway for other vehicles.
There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.
